Purple curtains, light and airy restaurant, cool jazz, attractive waiters. The Room to ourselves. Deconstructed Sunday brunch. Eggs Benedict on a white oblong plate, artistically drizzled with yellow hollandaise sauce. Perfectly poached eggs, whites looking like well formed plastic, orange yolk oozing, wilted greens, all on crispy toast. Taste: delicious. Except for salty sauce - chef with a twitch perhaps?
